Mr. Conrath, Educator of the Month

  1. Updates

Congratulations to Mr. Conrath, this month’s Playworks Educator of the Month. Mr. Conrath teaches second grade at Franklin Pierce Elementary School where he encourages every student to play and makes sure every child uses recess productively.

During recess, Mr. Conrath always leads a game or floats from game to game working tirelessly to ensure all students feel included in the school family. No matter what, every child gets the same encouragement and enthusiasm from Mr. Conrach. If he sees a student not participating at recess or class game time, he will encourage that student to give each game a chance before deciding if they like it or not. In addition, Mr. Conrath allows the Junior Coaches to use his room for their weekly leadership meetings and he was an assistant coach for the Playworks soccer team, attending almost every game to cheer on all of the kids. We are so fortunate to have Mr. Conrath on our team.
