“A more complete mind/body experience”

At Maureen Joy we believe in the importance of structured and unstructured play for all of our scholars. Instead of taking away from our focus on academics, we know that it helps provide a more complete mind/body experience. Playworks has been instrumental in our efforts by introducing new games and equipment, practicing new routines/procedures, and providing an opportunity for our scholars to take a leadership role during recess. We’re thankful for our partnership with Playworks and their emphasis on physical health and well-being.
