Big Muddy Challenge

  1. Updates

Playworks is excited to announce we will be one of two beneficiaries of the first running of The Big Muddy Challenge. The Big Muddy is the original parent / child mud run.  Young participants along with a parent, navigate age-appropriate obstacles in our “race” themed event.

How fast you finish matters, kinda, but not as much as how you tackle the course.

The Big Muddy Challenge promotes family activity, sportsmanship and a sense of accomplishment.  All Big Muddy participants finish as winners.

The run takes place at Hill Ridge Farms, 703 Tarboro Road – Youngsville, NC 27596 September 7, 2013. Post-race. enjoy other Hill Ridge Farm activities such as their bounce house, giant slide, hay jump and  many farm animals.

A portion of proceeds will go to support Playworks’ efforts in schools in Durham and Raleigh.
