The Duke Women’s Tennis team made a surprise visit to Playworks at CC Spaulding Elementary.

Students in Coach Lee’s after school program participate in a once a week “ACES” tennis program run by two Duke Medical students who run the program through their Schweitzer Fellowship program. The Duke Women’s Tennis team taught the students new tennis skills, and give a short demonstration for the students. At the end of the visit, they left the young tennis players  12 restrung rackets.
