Remembrance Day Service Project for 9/11

  1. Updates

Playworks Silicon Valley's 15 AmeriCorps members joined forces with HandsOn Bay Area and other volunteers to help spruce up a veteran's home in honor of 9/11.

They painted, gardened, and decorated, as well as helped BBQ and serve food to the veterans once they finished sprucing!

As our inagural service project for the new 2012-13 school year, our Playworks members did a great job and were very proud of the work they did!
