Disney’s Forever in Your Mind and tennis star Sloane Stephens help kick off Playworks’ Rock Star Recess Concert Event

Back to school just got a lot cooler, with the chance for your school to win a "Rock Star Recess" powered by Playworks, with games, prizes, surprise guests, and a musical performance from Disney's Forever in Your Mind this December 12.  S&S Worldwide will be awarding nine $100 gift cards to the runners up to pick out new recess equipment, so there are plenty of chances to win and reasons to visit www.RockStarRecess.org.

We want everyone to experience what a real rock star recess is every day: play time at school that is inclusive, where friends resolve conflicts peacefully, where kids get a chance to move and groove, and where everyone gets a chance to play.

Disney's Forever in Your Mind helped kick off this Playworks initiative with a Rock Star Recess Concert at Foster Elementary School in Compton, California.  Along with tennis star Sloane Stephens, FIYM's Liam Attridge, Ricky Garcia, and Emery Kelly participated in various recess games with the students of Foster Elementary.  Watch FIYM's announcement of Playworks' Rock Star Recess initiative.
