Developing Our Future Leaders

  1. Updates

This year more than 250 5th graders across Boston, Cambridge and Revere are participating in Playworks Junior Coach program. Our Junior Coaches receive 10 hours of training on topics such as conflict resolution, leading recess games and public speaking.  Junior Coaches play a leadership role in creating a safe and inclusive recess and learning environment.

Through participating in the Junior Coach program, students develop the academic, social and leadership skills needed to stay on a pathway of life long success.
