WolvesFit Mini Training Camp 2016 with Playworks

  1. Updates

In the month of January the Minnesota Timberwolves celebrate WolvesFit month, presented by Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine. WolvesFit month encourages youth to get on the path to being fit at an early age. The FastBreak Foundation and Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine hosted 50 kids from Playworks at Mayo Clinic Square for a Mini Training Camp. Participants were able to get a glimpse into the types of fitness tests that NBA players are evaluated on and learn fun new basketball skills from our Timberwolves Basketball Academy. Players in attendance included Andrew Wiggins, Nemanja Bjelica and Assistant Coach Ryan Saunders. Watch them in action with Playworks Minnesota kids.
