About Our Kickball Tournament
After a year of not being able to safely gather in person, we’re excited to bring back our premier employee engagement event that brings teams of 10-15 co-workers together for a day of kickball tournament play and team-building! While participating companies will compete for the bragging rights as “Kickball Champions”, the funds raised from this event will support Playworks’ mission bringing safe, healthy, and inclusive play every day to nearly 11,000 children in elementary schools across Central Indiana. The day will consist of tournament play, food and adult beverages, prizes, and a chance to reconnect with colleagues. We will end the day with an awards ceremony to recognize the most successful teams for the day. Playworks’ well-trained, enthusiastic professional staff will lead the excitement by bringing the skills and experience necessary to get everyone involved in a fun and inclusive event.
By Participating in Playworks Indiana’s Kickball Tournament, You Will:
- Increase Employee Engagement: Our Kickball Tournament offers a team-building opportunity outside the office that’s inclusive, collaborative, and fun!
- Raise Visibility: Homerun Hero Teams are recognized with logo placement on Playworks Indiana’s social media outlets and other event collateral, as well as listed in our annual local Impact Report.
